Dudley has been a character I've been wanting to do for years it's only now that I felt comfortable enough to do so. He has 3 modes ala my standard 3 in one chars. The first being SF3: Third Strike, the second being SF3: Second Impact, and the last being a custom style that I can only describe as something you have to try out.
