The imfamous Boxer finally makes his cvs debut in mugen(at the time this was the only one).
His new version adds him to the Kaze-style family of characters. And thus all of his 
old features are gone. His old version is compatable with both versions of mugen.
To use the winmugen version simply
type a "W" at then end of his foldername like this: CvSM.BisonW
