Here is his story:

From the depths of my insane mind comes Reject #253. he was a sprit that uses ken as a
host for his body. he is a shoto, well he wants to believe that. he uses his shoryukken,
or should i say "Maryu-Rekko" in the same way. He has 3 different styles of play. 
V-ism, based off of the SFA game style. Cvs-ism which is my custom EX-groove style of CvS2
and MvC-ism. Which I'm sure you all know what style that is. He is only availible for mugen 1.0
