That’s the most notable quote about the Mugen Community and its twisted
rules that anyone could do, especially in this days where encryption is
our every days bread, and it’s from the author of some files I’ve used
to create this character.
I haven’t ask mister Sepp if he want me to build something based on his
work, but I don’t really think he get pissed about this, since ill
always remark where I get the base for this, and I think we share the

I’ve used the hit sparks from JINs characters, JIN is another well known
creator that open all his stuff.
As you can see I’ve haven’t do a really big job here, move some things,
edit a few sprites, change some sounds, and I think that’s the essence
of the open source, save time not doing again something that is already
done, and, only if you can, optimize that.
And in that spirit, my update or whatever you want to call this is still
open source, so use it if you want.

3.- Gameplay

System
Plays basically with the KOF
XI system, so, forget about MAX2MODE and stuff, so he can Dream/Super
Cancel some moves.
To perform a DM you need at least one stock of power, for a LDM/SDM you
need at least two.
In the move list, the moves that can be canceled into a DM (LDM too)
have an admiration symbol (!), the ones thta only
can be canceled into a LDM have two symbols (!!).
